Welcome to www.Dogtownbakery.shop. The www.Dogtownbakery.store website (the "Site") is
comprised of various web pages operated by Dogtown Bakery ("DTB").
www.Dogtownbakery.shop is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification
of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of
www.Dogtownbakery.store constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms
carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

www.Dogtownbakery.store is an E-Commerce Site.

Loyalty Points Terms & Conditions (with system limitation clause)

Dogtown Bakery Loyalty Points are intended exclusively for retail customers and may only be earned and redeemed on full‑price retail purchases. While our system may automatically display points for wholesale or discounted accounts, these points are not valid, not accurate, and cannot be redeemed under any circumstances. Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with wholesale pricing, applied to past wholesale orders, or used to reduce the cost of any transaction receiving bulk, vendor, or special-tier pricing. Dogtown Bakery reserves the right to adjust, remove, or invalidate points earned outside of retail activity and to deny redemption attempts that fall outside the intended use of the program.

Privacy
Your use of www.Dogtownbakery.shop is subject to DTB's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications
Visiting www.Dogtownbakery.store or sending emails to DTB constitutes electronic
communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all
agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically,
via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and
password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for
all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer
your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that DTB is not responsible for third
party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. DTB and
its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit
content in our sole discretion.

Daycare & Boarding

By booking daycare or boarding with Dogtown Bakery, you agree to the following:

Reservations & Drop-Off

  • Daycare and boarding are by reservation only.
  • Please arrive within your scheduled drop-off and pick-up times.

Boarding Drop-Off Grace Period

For boarding reservations, Dogtown Bakery allows a 30-minute grace period after the scheduled drop-off time.

  • If a pet is up to 30 minutes late, the reservation will remain active and no late fee will be charged.
  • If a pet is more than 30 minutes late and we have not received communication from the pet parent, Dogtown Bakery reserves the right to cancel the boarding reservation and release the space.
  • If you know you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible. Communication does not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate a significantly delayed arrival, but we will do our best to work with you.
  • If a reservation is cancelled due to a no-contact late arrival, any applicable deposit or reservation fee may be forfeited.

Because boarding capacity is limited, an unclaimed reservation may prevent another pup from receiving care. We appreciate your understanding and respect for scheduled reservation times. 

Cancellations & Pick-Up

  • Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or changes.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee.
  • Late pick-ups may result in additional fees and are subject to availability.

Health & Safety

  • Dogs must meet Dogtown Bakery's current vaccination and health requirements.
  • Please disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, behavioral concerns, or special care needs before your dog's stay.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue care if a dog is ill, contagious, aggressive, or presents a safety concern.

Emergency Care

In the event of an emergency, Dogtown Bakery will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your emergency contact. If immediate veterinary care is necessary, you authorize us to seek care for your dog. All veterinary and related expenses are the responsibility of the pet parent.

Personal Belongings

Dogtown Bakery is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought from home. Please label belongings whenever possible.

Agreement

By booking daycare or boarding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Dogtown Bakery LLC – Hold Harmless Agreement (Hawai‘i)

By RSVPing or participating in any Dogtown Bakery LLC event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand that participation in events involving dogs carries inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, bites, injuries, or unforeseen occurrences.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Dogtown Bakery LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in these activities.

This waiver is made in accordance with Hawai‘i Revised Statutes Chapter 663, and applies to all events hosted, sponsored, or affiliated with Dogtown Bakery LLC.
You further agree that you are solely responsible for the behavior and safety of your dog and any guests accompanying you.
